My Philosophy of Education
I believe that all students are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can: reach their full potential by being held to the highest expectation; grow in self-confidence by sharing ideas and taking risks; apply what they learn in the real world by making teaching content relevant; and develop a sense of empathy and compassion for the members of their community by engaging in problem solving scenarios.
I also believe in the pursuit of these words of wisdom: Discipline, Determination, Diligence, Dreams, Discernment, Dedication, Desire, and the tremendous impact those could have in a young mind when their meaning is explained, understood, and practiced in the classroom.
I believe that I owe to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, enthusiasm, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in them as well.
