The goal in this course is for the students to expand their view of the Spanish-speaking world, culturally and language wise by:

• Learning grammar within the context of  a theme

• Building on what they already know and improving pronunciation

• Engaging classmates in real conversation

• Heightening cultural awareness

• Showing what they know 

• Practicing what they have learned in authentic scenarios
